Serviceable Hard Surface Non-Marking Skid Steer Tires
Evolution Wheel's Hard Surface Non-Marking Solid Skid Steer Tires
Serviceability is a tire is rare. Most tires when damaged need to be either replaced or repaired in a shop or needs a technician to come in and deal with them. The EWRS-HS-NM is built with segments that are bolted into the rim. This allows the operator to remove damaged segments and replace them within minutes with just a ¾” wrench. Serviceability in a tire can be game-changing when it comes to lowering the cost of downtime on machines due to their tires.
Along with being serviceable, the tires are also designed to maximize wear life and provide a comfortable ride without leaving marks. The tire is composed of synthetic rubber and silica instead of natural rubber with carbon black to not leave marks on hard surfaces. Carbon black improves the resilience of the rubber in a tire however it leaves black marks which are hard and expensive to clean. Therefore, Evolution Wheel offers a tire that sacrifices a bit of wear resilience but won’t leave costly marks on the ground.
Features of the EWRS-NM Series
The EWRS-NM series is offered in both our hard surface and all-terrain tread designs as well as both our skid steer and telehandler models. They feature all the same benefits of traction and a comfortable ride, however, because they are made of synthetic rubber and silica instead of natural rubber, there are some differences such as:
- Good traction
- Low rolling resistance
- Low heat build-up
- Non-marking
- Same performance as traditional skid steer tires
- Have a slightly shorter lifespan than traditional skid steer tires
- Require the use of grounding straps because they don’t have the anti-static properties of standard skid steer tires
Most applications where non-marking tires are required will be indoor environments with hard surfaces. For this reason, our hard surface tread pattern is by far our most popular non-marking tire however we still offer a non-marking option in the all-terrain tread pattern as well for those specific applications.
All off Evolution Wheels tires are segmented for easy serviceability. With only a 3/4" wrench, the operator can change the segments in minutes if one of the segments gets damaged. Lowering cost/hr while increasing your ROI.

EWRS-AT & EWRS-HS NON MARKING SERIES
The EWRS-AT-NM & EWRS-HS-NM series of non marking bobcat tires were designed to meet the needs of today's job site demands. We came up with a way to offer you serviceability, traction and a comfortable ride all in one!
The EWRS-AT-NM series of all terrain non marking bobcat tires are specifically designed for customers who need additional traction in mud, sand, and uneven terrain. The EWRS-HS-NM series of hard surface non marking bobcat tires master hard surfaces such as concrete, asphalt and general hard even surfaces.
With serviceable non marking bobcat tires sections, the need for a service truck and specialized technicians is all but eliminated. We have reduced your service tooling down to only a 3/4" wrench in your operator's back pocket and repair parts are readily available in your nearest onsite storage container or in the toolbox of your pickup.
We spared no expense in creating this product and weren't afraid to bring you the largest tread lugs in the industry for serious traction and a long wear life. By reducing the number of lugs on a skid steer tire, we were able to increase the width and height of each lug so we could get rid of the wear bars running through the centre of any other skid steer tire you're going to see on the market. This gave us two things: large voids in our tread pattern allowing for unmatched material clean out, and a long wear life on our bigger lug.
To make this product the total package, we topped it off by engineering a smooth ride into our design. We worked hard to bring you a proprietary rubber compound that would allow enough compression to reduce operator fatigue and stand up to heavy loads. Did we mention that the compound is also designed so that it won't stress crack? Only a premium compound would do for a premium product, that's the Evolution Wheel standard.
